DRIED FRUIT CLUSTERS
- ½ cup dried fruit.
- ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp. honey
Roll them around until well coated and place them on waxed paper.
FRUIT BALLS
- Figs or dates
- Raisins
- Lemon juice
- Graham crackers
Add 1 tsp. lemon juice.
Make balls with the mixture.
Roll the balls in crushed graham crackers.
HONEY-YUMS
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup honey
- 1 cup nonfat dry milk
- 1 ½ cup crushed Wheat Chex or similar cereal
- ¾ cup crushed Corn Chex
Then roll them in ¼ cup of crushed Rice Chex and store the balls in the refrigerator for about ½ hour before eating.
PEANUT BUTTER BALLS
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ½ cup honey
- 1 cup crushed cereal or toasted wheat germ
- 2 Tbsp. powdered milk
- Chopped nuts or crushed graham crackers
Store the balls in the refrigerator for about 1/2 hour.
