No Cook Treats for the Holidays



DRIED FRUIT CLUSTERS
  • ½ cup dried fruit.
  • ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
Stir ingredients, then drop by teaspoons into dried coconut flakes.
Roll them around until well coated and place them on waxed paper.  


FRUIT BALLS
  • Figs or dates
  • Raisins
  • Lemon juice
  • Graham crackers
Grind figs, dates and raisins together.
Add 1 tsp. lemon juice.
Make balls with the mixture.
Roll the balls in crushed graham crackers.


HONEY-YUMS
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup nonfat dry milk
  • 1 ½ cup crushed Wheat Chex or similar cereal
  • ¾ cup crushed Corn Chex
Let your children mix all the ingredients together, then shape into 1 inch balls.
Then roll them in ¼ cup of crushed Rice Chex and store the balls in the refrigerator for about ½ hour before eating.  


PEANUT BUTTER BALLS
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 cup crushed cereal or toasted wheat germ
  • 2 Tbsp. powdered milk
  • Chopped nuts or crushed graham crackers
Mix all ingredients, then shape them into balls and roll in the nuts or graham crackers.
Store the balls in the refrigerator for about 1/2 hour.
