Make A Difference Day is the most encompassing national day of helping others -- a celebration of neighbors helping neighbors. Everyone can participate.  Created by USA WEEKEND Magazine, Make A Difference Day is an annual event that takes place on the fourth Saturday of every October. Make A Difference Day is the largest national day of community service and practical solutions for changing the world.  Make A Difference Day is sponsored by USA WEEKEND Magazine in partnership with HandsOn Network.  It is not too late to MAKE A DIFFERENCE in the lives of others and do some service projects around the world.
