Tin (10) Can Soup

Ingredients     2 (10oz.) cans Ro-tel tomatoes (original recipe)
                        2 (16 oz. ) cans Ranch-styles beans
                        3 cans minestrone soup
                        1 (16 oz.) can green beans, drained
                        1 (16 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
                        1 (16 oz.) black-eyed peas, drained
                        1 pound ground beef or turkey
                        1 soup can water
Instructions:   Cook ground beef until it loses its pink color. Drain well. In a large pan, put meat, soup and drained vegetables. Add 1 can water. Simmer 30 minutes to 2 hours. Serve with cornbread. Also can be served over rice like goulash. Or, you can just add ¾ cup rice and simmer with the soup. Yields 12 generous servings.
